   • Do you have a call out fee or any hidden costs?

     We offer free call out within our standard service area and do not add GST to quoted hourly rates. There are no hidden fees; we are always honest and upfront.

   • If you don't fix the issue, will you still charge me?

     We have a no fix, no charge policy. That means, if we are not able to fix the issue, you will not be charged. Note that some exceptions do apply.

   • What are your rates?

     Call out fee and hourly rates may vary slightly depending on your location. Call us now for a free quote or enquire via our contact form.

   • I am outside of your service area, can you still help me?

     If you are outside of our service area, we are still happy to help you, but you may be charged additional travel charges. If you are not sure if you are in our service area, call us to check!

   • I require a service that is not listed

     Our website lists only a few of the services we offer. If it's to do with computers, we can probably help! If you are not sure, call us to check!

   • Do you service businesses too?

     We specialise in home computer repairs, however we are happy to service small businesses and home offices too!

   • Do you offer afterhours and weekend service?

     Yes! In fact, we specialise in afterhours service. We can come to you in the evening or on the weekend, so you don't have to take the day off work to get your PC or Mac fixed.
